Borders of the Still Moon PackThe chirping birds flew away, and rabbits raced into hiding. A sudden noise of breaking branches alerted us to the enemy’s approach. The rhythmic sounds of wolves’ paws hitting the ground drifted into my ears. A glance at the edge of the pack borders revealed Ralf’s fifty-man army.
