"What are you doing here?" Jumping in fright, she spun around, with her heart at her throat.

Dark eyes met her as the person stood right in front of her.

She sighed in relief, "Mrs. Garrett, it's you." Her eyes flitted about; nobody was in the vicinity. It was spooky in the hallway.
