CHAPTER TWO HUNDRED-NINETEEN

The police officer duffed his cap with a smile on his face.

"I believe you must be Miss Janice Jordan right?" He inquired.

Janice parted her mouth to respond but Drake abruptly cut her off.

"Yes, and May I stand on the correction that she is not to be referred to as the 'Victim' she is no victim of rap..." He paused and quickly shot her an apologetic look.

Hell no way he would say that vile word

"Rape" . He made it after all. Thankfully, she was not raped. So it is unfair to refer to her as the 'victim '

The officer apologized profusely.

"My sincere apologies, Miss Janice. It was never my intention to degrade you or stir up such horrid event."

Janice held up her hand and smiled at her.

"It's alright officer. The good thing is that you all made out on time for me and I am grateful for your speedy response ."

"Well, you should thank your er... travel tour guide. I believe her name is er..." He scrunched up
