«THIRD POV»

Marcus strides into his Andromeda home, the weight of his discussion with his nephew still hanging over him. As he closes the door behind him, his eyes land on Andromeda.

She sits comfortably on his bed, one leg crossed over the other, her black robe draping loosely around her shoulders. In one hand, she holds a glass of dark red wine, swirling it lazily, while a young pack maid stands behind her, massaging her shoulders with extreme care.

Gone is the gentle smile she once wore.

Now, her eyes glimmer with sly amusement.

The moment she sees Marcus, she raises a single finger, “Leave now!”

The maid bows and immediately scurries away, disappearing through the door without another word.

She sighs, stretching her arms before speaking. “How did it go?” she asks, her voice adulterated with amusement.

Marcus walks toward the window, smirking as he stares at the sun setting. “It won’t take long,” he says confidently. “Adrian will give in.”

  • Hers To Ruin: Too Late For Regrets Alpha!    The pack deed

«CLARA’s POV»I couldn’t breathe. The walls of the pack felt like they were closing in on me. Every corner, every hallway, every person I passed, everything reminded me of him. Adrian.Even his name burned in my chest now.I thought I was stronger than this. I thought I had moved on. I had Lusaka. I had found peace. Or at least I thought I had.But everything shattered the moment I saw that baby.Adrian’s child. With Ophelia.I felt like a fool for still caring… but how could I not? After everything we went through, I was still his in ways I couldn’t explain. And that made me angry. Angry at myself. Angry at him. Angry at the Moon Goddess for tying me to a man I could never truly escape.I hadn’t eaten all day. I hadn’t slept much either. My hands were cold, and my eyes were sore from crying. I needed to get out of here. I needed to leave this place before I completely lost myself. So I went looking for Lusaka. He was my husband. My king. The only person I trusted enough to confide in

  • Hers To Ruin: Too Late For Regrets Alpha!    Please let me go

«ADRIAN’s POV»The sky was gray.It matched how I felt inside.I sat in the backseat of the car, staring blankly at the DNA report in my hand. The hospital envelope was still warm, the ink fresh, the words loud in my head.Positive match. Two words that tore my world in two.I had a child. A son.A pup.My pup.A part of me wanted to smile. I had always believed I couldn’t have one. The curse… the Moon Goddess’s punishment had made it clear that no child could be born from me. I had accepted that long ago. I’d buried the thought. I told myself I didn’t need it.But now…A child? It should have brought joy. It should have filled the cracks inside me.But all I could think about was Clara. And how I was going to lose her.Again.Leaning back against the seat, I clutched the paper tightly in my hand. Just when I had just started to feel hope again, just started to believe I could win her back. That I could make her see that I still loved her. That I never stopped loving her.And now th

My heart was racing."Get out Ophelia,” Adrian voice turned steel, but Ophelia didn't. I hurriedly fixed my robe and stepped away from Adrian, hoping to escape before anyone else saw me and also didn't want to be involved in their drama. My face was flushed, and shame burned under my skin. What just happened? What was I thinking?! But before I could even reach the door, Ophelia moved in front of me, eyes blazing with anger.“Where do you think you're going?” she hissed, her lips curled.“I—I’m leaving,” I stammered. “There’s nothing left to say.”She laughed bitterly. “Oh, there’s a lot to say. Especially since I’m carrying Adrian’s child.”The air left my lungs.“What?” I whispered. I turned toward Adrian. He looked as confused as I felt. His eyes narrowed at Ophelia, and for a moment, no one spoke.“You’re lying,” Adrian said slowly, his voice deep and cold. “That’s not possible. You know it isn’t. The curse—”“I’m not lying,” Ophelia cut in. “Believe me, Adrian.”“I said there

  • Hers To Ruin: Too Late For Regrets Alpha!    My body remembered

«CLARA’s POV»It started as a normal afternoon. The sky was clear, and the wind was warm. I had been looking for Lusaka for almost an hour now.I wanted to speak with him, to ask again if we could leave soon. The longer we stayed here, the heavier my chest became. I couldn’t explain it, but being under the same roof as Adrian… it made me feel confused, like I was torn between two worlds.I stopped a young omega maid carrying fresh linens. “Have you seen Lusaka?" She shook her head nervously. “No, my queen. Not since he the gathering with the warriors." “Alright thank you,” I managed a smile and moved on. Along the line, I asked more people but none of them knew. One said she saw him walk toward the east wing. Another said she thought he might be in a meeting room, but no one was sure. I strolled past warriors and servants. I walked through long halls with paintings and old statues. The Dark Howl pack house was huge like I remembered. Another maid, this one older with graying hai

  • Hers To Ruin: Too Late For Regrets Alpha!    Something bad is about to happen

«CLARA’s POV»It was early in the morning, but I couldn’t sleep anymore. I had been awake for hours, walking around my room with no real reason, just moving. My heart was heavy, and my thoughts were messy. It was because of him… Adrian.Just thinking I might see him again made my chest feel like its floating. I didn’t like that feeling. I didn’t want to feel anything for him anymore. But no matter how hard I tried, my heart still reacted.I didn’t want to. Goddess knows I didn’t. But every time I closed my eyes, his face would show up in my mind. His calm voice. His cold yet gentle stare. The way he had looked at me during the party like I still belonged to him.I shook my head and placed both hands on my chest, trying to calm my fast heartbeats. Why was I feeling this way?Why now?I was married. I was queen. I had Lusaka. The man who chose me, defended me, stood by me.So why… why was Adrian still able to make me feel like a foolish girl again?I walked to the window and looked outs

  • Hers To Ruin: Too Late For Regrets Alpha!    Best friend

«ADRIAN POV»It was the middle of the night.Everyone in the pack was either sleeping or resting after the long day. The celebration party had ended hours ago, but I couldn’t sleep. So I left my room and went out to take a stroll. The night air was cold but calm. The moon shone bright in the sky, and the stars twinkled like they were smiling at me. My boots crunched lightly on the stone path as I walked slowly through the garden behind the pack house.Everything was quiet.Peaceful.But inside me, there was no peace.I should have been happy. I had taken back my throne. The war was over. My people were safe. The enemies were punished. The traitors were gone. Everything I fought for, everything I bled for… it was done. But I didn’t feel whole.Because I didn’t have her.Clara.No matter how much I tried, I couldn’t stop thinking about her. I saw her in every corner of the pack. Her laughter, her eyes, her voice—it haunted me. I thought after the war, once things settled, I would feel f

  • Hers To Ruin: Too Late For Regrets Alpha!    We stay

«CLARA POV»I quickly shook my head and looked at Adrian and rejected his invitation. “I apologize Alpha, but we can’t stay any longer.” Then swallowed hard. “We should leave tomorrow morning.”Goddess. I didn’t like the idea of staying here. I didn’t feel comfortable, especially with Adrian around. Everything inside me felt confused, and I just wanted to leave before anything got worse. But Lusaka turned to Adrian and smiled even wider than before. “We’ll stay,” he said. “What?” I blinked at the rogue king in disbelief. Lusaka kissed my cheek and faced him again as he spoke. “Thank you again, Adrian. You’ve done a lot.” Then he nodded and walked away, leaving me behind in the hall with the Alpha King.I stood there, still in incredulity. Did he not hear me? Why did he agree to stay? I turned to Adrian, who looked too calm for my liking. He had that unreadable handsome face again.“What are you doing?” I asked him sharply, folding my arms.He raised his eyebrows like he was innocen

  • Hers To Ruin: Too Late For Regrets Alpha!    The invitation

«CLARA POV»Tiara and Marcus were gone. Those two horrible people got the punishment they deserved—death. They had caused too much pain. Too many lives were lost because of them. Lies, betrayal, murder—they had done it all. And now, it was over. Justice had been served. Since the Dark Howl Pack had no alpha left to lead them, Adrian stepped in and took his rightful place again. He was their true alpha from the start, and now he was finally home. The rogues and the freeborn wolves slowly began to trust each other. Peace was coming back. The other alphas… they were forgiven. They had followed Marcus out of fear and lies. I visited each of their packs myself, with Ravenanna and Lusaka by my side. We listened to their stories. We comforted them. And after our visits, the plagues and curses they suffered… they stopped. The prophecy has come to pass. The Moon Goddess had never cursed me. Rather, I was their gift. The chosen one who carried the aura of the moon goddess. Now, our world was

  • Hers To Ruin: Too Late For Regrets Alpha!    Their rage, their pain

«CLARA POV»Adrian nodded, his eyes filled with something deep. Something that hurt.“She poisoned your mother,” he said. “She planned it with Andromeda too… so she could take her place beside your father.”My chest tightened. The air felt thin.“No,” I whispered. “That can’t be true…”But deep inside… I knew it was.All the times Tiara talked badly about my deceased mother. The cold looks. How fast Tiara married my father. How fast she made me feel like I didn’t belong. She hated me. She hated my mother. And she did it.She took her away from me! Tiara was my mother's omega servant. But her greed to climb her made her kill my mother and she took over her place. I slowly looked down at Tiara again. She was groaning now, still crying. Her face was covered in blood and dirt. But there was no guilt in her eyes. Only fear. Only disdain. She didn’t regret what she did.She was only scared because she got caught.I didn’t feel bad for her. I didn’t feel anything except one thing. Anger.
