JAY : Drinking by yourself??... I guess you are not as tough as you make yourself out to be 

ELISHA : What can I do??...Eliza is gone and now the heavy responsibility of taking care of this team and leading us is now solely on me ( He laments with in a solemn tone )

ELISHA : You don’t get Jay, I can’t lead you guys. I was never a good fit as vice captain neither will I be able to do a better job now that Eliza is not with us.

JAY : To be honest I really don’t get why you don’t want to acknowledge your abilities as a leader and just accept that you were the right man for the job.
