Kylani Well, another fifty years have flown by, and while we all still miss Dominick, we have moved on. Mykenzie and I are sitting here in a park. We had gotten word that those fucking bears were spotted here within the last two or three days so we decided to visit this town and see if we can track them down. With Navarro and his goons gone, we can now dedicate our time to finding the bears. This town is nice, and the forest here is perfect. It also helps that the pack that was allied with Dominick's pack is here. They have grown substantially. I would say that the pack has doubled in size. There are a few descendants of the old pack here as well. I am glad that the two packs merged. “Still no sign of those three fuckers.” Mykenzie huffs. “Yeah I picked up Ian’s scent but it was a few days old. Nothing new.” I point out. “I doubt they are here anymore,” Mykenzie says. We decide to head back to the desert area we normally reside in. There is something about that area
Chris They think I don’t know what they are up to. Oh, they are so wrong. I knew my sisters had been watching the new pack for many years. I think they felt as if they owed it to Dominick to watch over it since they weren’t able to save him. While we never found out why that wound killed him or why he wouldn’t let Dimitri call for my sisters, I did have my suspicions. I did a little research of my own about that damn ritual they performed on us when we were days old. “What are you thinking?” Rye asked me. “I think when Dimitri and Dominick chose the souls to split in half that Dominick split his soul in half and bound it to Kylani. That is why he never found his mate. I also think Kylani was his mate but since he bound half his soul to her the bond would never fully form.” I explained. “Why in the fuck would he do that?” Reece asks. “I don’t have that answer and I also have no proof that is what he did. But from talking to a few witches that I know and explaining to the
Draydon “I heard from Coal yesterday,” Blake says. “Seriously? How is he doing?” I asked. “Good, he and his mate are doing well.” Blake answers. That makes me feel better. It has been several hundred years since I last saw him. He never returned after heading out to search for Haze, whom we still have not found. There have been several leads, but they all seem to be dead ends. I have no doubt that he is on the black market somewhere. Mykenzie and Kylani moved the colony of werecats and us a few hundred years ago to the land that borders the new pack. We have been keeping an eye on it since. We are all grateful that Mykenzie and Kylani have kept us hidden and safe. I really like this pack, and I hope that maybe sometime in the future, we can reveal ourselves to them and possibly become part of the pack. “Did he say if he was going to come here?” I asked. “No, he didn’t mention anything about traveling here. Besides, it’s still too risky.” Xion adds. I nod in agreeme
Asmoday These last one hundred years have been both good and bad. The whole situation with Dominick didn’t go exactly as I had hoped. I had wanted to take him alive and have some leverage over the triplets. That plan failed miserably when he died in Dimitri’s arms. I still don’t understand how that wound killed him, but it did. I really think he wanted to die, and someone helped him die. I have no idea who that person could be. My work has picked up in the last fifty or so years, but it is still difficult. Many of the creatures my buyers want have hidden away or just gone. I blame hunters for some of the problems. I am fully convinced that Mykenzie and Kylani are hiding the dragons and werecats somewhere. I have no idea where. I know they are using their powers to keep them hidden. “So we found out something very interesting today,” Damian says. “And what might that be?” I asked. “Poseidon married in secret a few hundred years ago.” Ian answers. Well, they definite
Ian We finally located the area where we thought Poseidon and Nyalia might be living. We have yet actually to see them walking around. I think she is using her magic to conceal their true identity. How anyone lives here is beyond me. It is fucking hot as hell. I have no idea why either of them would want to live in the desert. Especially considering that Poseidon is the god of the fucking ocean and everything water-related. “Why in the hell would they live here?” I asked. “I have no idea, this is not an area I would imagine where the god of the ocean would live,” Damian says. All three of us are sweating our asses off. I had no idea there was even a city here. I don’t understand how anyone could live here or why anyone would live here. I like the sun and heat, but this is like living in a fucking oven. This is awful. We decided to wait until it cooled down later this evening before we split up and see if we could find Poseidon or Nyalia. There is no fucking way I am
Phlegyas It was an accident when we killed Shade. Technically it was Penthesilea that killed her. We were walking through the forest on our way to meet the bears when we saw someone walking. I thought that was weird since there shouldn’t be anyone living here. We were actually close to the old pack land. The two of us decided to follow the woman. She stopped at a small stream to collect some water, and when she turned around, we recognized her. It was Shade. I knew she had moved locations at least three times after helping us create the triplets, but I had no idea she was anywhere around here. We watched her collect different plants and things. Penthesilea started following her back from where she came from, but I stopped her. She somehow talked me into the following Shade, and we found her house. We actually watched her for the next few hours, and when she went back into the forest again, that is when we approached her. She was shocked to see us alive. It happened so fast
Zeus “Someone has been watching the pack,” Dimitri says. “When did this start?” I asked. “Close to a week ago. I have no idea how they even knew that the pack was there.” He states. This is not good. The only way anyone would know that the pack was there is if they had inside knowledge. That means it could be one of the gods. I really don’t think that is the case. All of us are making damn sure that nothing happens to that pack. Besides, I know for certain that the triplets are watching over the pack well. I know they would sense a god immediately, and they can sense each one of us individually. “Could whoever it is accidentally stumbled across the pack?” I asked. “I guess it is a possibility. I did talk to the alpha and he has not seen anyone but they have found evidence of someone lurking around the border.” Dimitri says. “He said that it was almost as if they knew how close they could get without setting off any warning,” Dimitri adds. That means that whoever
Chris I wasn’t sure what to say when Uncle Zeus told us that someone was watching the pack. I really thought that we had that pack so heavily protected that it would be impossible for anyone outside of our family even to be aware that it was there. I know for a fact that my sisters have put several warnings around the borders to let them know if someone has entered the land. I am beginning to think that Uncle Zeus is right and whoever it comes across the pack by accident just got plain nosy. What concerns me is the fact that none of us can figure out who or what they are, and the pack trackers can’t catch this person's scent. I went down there and watched the pack for a while yesterday, and I never did since anyone was out of the ordinary. I sensed a few of the gods, but they were all the ones I knew. “Brandon I need you to go and check out the old pack land,” I say. “Ok, I’ll check around some of the old buildings. That would be the most likely place for them to be hanging
