"Not really. I've only met Emily once. She accidentally .…” Frank stopped talking. He couldn't admit that he had been hit by a toddler. Rowan would definitely fire all the guards and replace them with a more "competent" team.

“She accidentally saw me and whined for a hug. She seems to really admire me.” Frank shrugged as if it was no big deal to him.

Rowan pressed his lips with his chin. After a faint nod, he muttered, "I gave them scholarships and plan to invite them as special guests at the inauguration ceremony. Their courage and determination are worthy of being passed on to other children."

"Do you like those kids?"
