MC:

Han Ryan(28)

An honorable(self proclaim), and an outstanding police officer with the highest arrest rate in the country. He chased after a famous serial killer for ten years and almost caught him. In the end, he, unfortunately, was killed by the said killer. He is a very passionate man that loves his work( women come second after that).

Antagonist:

Doctor Jackal/ J

A famous serial killer that killed many women and men in MC's original world. He still killed people even after bounded himself to a dark system. He is a cunning and sly villain and acted possessive towards his toy(the MC).

ML:

Derrick Lee(27)

The team leader of Investigation Team 1 and a chief Inspector that has a very promising future. He has a great instinct with an amazing IQ. He had solved many high-profile cases. Derrick always shown a stoic expression and rarely smile, and his subordinates are afraid of him.

FL:

Zhang Mian(23)

The original body's stepsister and the legitimate daughter of the well-known Zhang family. A green tea bitch that used her pretty face to seduce another person for her benefit. She often acted as a white lotus girl. Zhang Mian hates her stepbrother so much since their father focusing more on his illegitimate son, rather than his daughter.

CANNON FODDER:

Zhang Wei(27)

A gentle and kind doctor that owned a private clinic in A city. He only wanted to has a stable and comfortable life. Zhang Wei is the type that easily falls in love with another person( have 10 exes girlfriends). Although they have broken up, they maintain a good relationship between them. Zhang Wei had a wide connection and influence with powerful figures.

PLOTS:

The story focused on the FL, the daughter of a business tycoon. She wanted to prove her strength to inherit her family business. As the legitimate daughter, she thought she is more than qualified to be the heiress. Unfortunately, she doesn't have the intelligence nor the qualification to lead the company.

The role falls on the shoulder of her stepbrother, Zhang Wei, an illegitimate son of President Zhang. Mian hated her stepbrother so much that she set multiple traps to crush the innocent Zhang Wei. Under the persuasion of the FL, and conclusive pieces of evidence that are prepared by her, Zhang Wei is framed as a serial killer, and apprehended by the love-stricken ML. He is forced to spend his miserable life in prison. He then committed suicide because of depression.

And, the FL and ML live happily ever after.

As if. Zhang Mian didn't know how to managed her company and led her family to their doom. She always thought the world is revolved around her and never care about other people's opinions. She lost everything in the blink of her eyes. Without any working experiences and useful knowledge, she is forced to sell her body to support her life.

ML realized his past mistakes and lives drown in a guilty conscience, as he caught an innocent person and drove him to his miserable ending. ML blamed himself and the FL. He and Fl broke up later. Although it's too late, ML tried to prove Zhang Wei's innocence. He is not only unable to clear Zhang Wei's name but also accused of taking bribes and is charged with corruption by the others.

Rather than solving the case, the real killer went on a killing spree and murdered ten to twenty-something more victims. The world collapsed as the blackened points reached their maximum.
