“ How was your first half of your first day of school?” Hailey asked as she walked with Ryan and Sunny to the cafeteria.

It hurt a little but it’s best he found out sooner than later. He thought to himself.

“ I am fine, don’t worry.” as if on cue, Tessy came around to their table to flirt with Ryan.

him to type in his number which he did so with ease

“ Thanks, and I will call you soon,” she happily strutted to her seat.

“ Bravo! You scored a date on the first day of school,” Hailey applauded just as the bell rang.

“ That’s our cue to leave, I guess you don’t have Maths with us or do you?” Sunny asked

“ Actually, I have literature. I guess I would see you after school or tomorrow,” he bid.

“ Okay, see you around Ryan,” Hailey replied walking away with her best friend.
