46. Delivering the croissant

Entering her lab after four hours teaching, Lila found her two interns were munching instead of doing their job.

"John, you bought croissants?" Asked Lila, dropping her bag near the croissant's box then took one croissant and gave it a bite.

She noticed the box was from Angela Barlow's café in one glance. No wonder the croissant tasted very damn good, an oasis for her empty stomach.

"Uhm, he did." Answered John, pointing at the lab's inner space.

Lila followed John's pointed finger while having the second bite.

"Henry?" Lila lifted her brows.

Henry smiled. "Hi Lila, your lab is cool."

Your cousin's money's lab. Lila narrowed her eyes. "What are you doing here?"

"Stopping by and delivering the croissant for you and Uncle Malcolm."

Lila glared in a warning mode. People in the University didn't know that she was related to the president of the University, and she intended to keep it that way forever.
