Grey POV

Lifting her from the seat, I pulled her into my arms as I took her out of the bathroom after she had given me her consent when she was done. I laid her softly on the bed like a mother hen nursing her eggs carefully.

I could still see the fear in her eyes and the doubts. I hate seeing that she was still scared of me, was there anything more to that than seeing me kill those rogues? Was she scared of me because of that?

'' Don't try moving by yourself. It's stupid hurting your wounds more,'' I scolded her, my sudden anger was fueled by the pain she had caused herself for trying to walk with her wounded legs.

'' Feel free to speak to me. Don't be scared. I won't hurt you.'' I smiled at her, just a little- smile.

'' I will get you food.'' I was hungry too. I didn't know much about cooking but I can make a meal that would make you lick all five fingers. She only nodded staring at me from the corner of her eyes.
