(Damien's POV)I stepped into the reception of the Delacroix-Valenci tower. The fluorescent lights buzzed overhead, everything felt too calm. A far cry from the blood, smoke and steel I had walked through just days ago.I arrived in New York exactly 30 minutes ago, the cold Balkan air still lingered in my bones.
