Chapter 6: Wedding Night

Alessandra

The wedding ceremony ended quickly, as soon as Dedushka left, Enzo let his family know he was ready to leave. We are spending our first night together at his parent's house, as per tradition, stupid tradition if I might add, they expect to find our wedding sheet spread on our door, decorated with my virginal blood staining it.

I'm not sleeping with Enzo, that's one thing I've convinced myself of all the while when I was being dolled up a second time just so I look pretty for him when he fucks me. But, that seems like ages ago, now Enzo stands at a safe distance, speaking to someone about a shipment. I listen attentively but I hear nothing over the sound of my heart pounding.

The smell of roses is suffocating me, I never did like flowers, they remind me of funerals and phoney congratulations. I watch as Enzo begins to loosen his tie, his jacket is next, he tosses it away and instantly I feel myself shaking. I've been waiting a long time to find something that can trigger fear inside me outside of my home but there was nothing, until now. Enzo Valenti scares me, and—

His shirt is on the ground!

I can see his tattoos, his physique is.....wait, Why is he undressing? What is he planning on doing to me? I swear to If this man tries to force himself on me I will cut him open with his belt buckle, consequences be damned. Rest assured I will enjoy every second of it, I will feed on the anguish on his face as I send him back to hell where we both belong.

“Alessandra” he coos, his eyebrows furrowed. “Is something wrong?”

I nod, my eyes darting around the room in search of an excuse and my eyes land on the thermostat. ”It's just a little hot in here.”

Hot? Are you serious Dolcezza? The room is practically freezing and of course, Enzo is not fooled. “Is that all?” he asks, stalking me until he's on the side side of the bed as me.

I instinctively scoot away, I may not be sure if I fear Enzo but the thought of being touched by him I'm certain that bit terrifies me. Intimacy isn't on the table, especially not with this man.

“Alessandra,” he calls out, but I don't say anything. I'm still thinking of a good enough excuse and Enzo is too quick in his movements.

“Alessandra?” his head tilts, watching me in a way that scares the crap out of me. I've not dated around or inside, hell I can't even describe the art of dating because I know nothing of it. This is new territory for me, but it seems Enzo has been here before, it's his den and I'm about to get eaten alive.

He stalks me, leaning over and now we're so close that if I breathe too hard, he's going to feel it. I don't want to let him in on how much his being this close rattles me but when his knuckles brush over my cheek I lose it. “I'm not going to have sex with you.” I blurt out.

.“Oh, so you're not mute after all?” he smirks, unmoving from the very uncomfortable situation he has created. “I'm starting to think I was lied to, Alessandra.”

Shit. Did I break character? Father is going to be beyond pissed if I upset Enzo any further than Sasha did. “I'm sorry.” I bite out, the words are less than sincere.

Enzo backs away, settling way too close. “What for?”

“I know that I am not at all like the bride you wanted, I may do things that upset you but I'll learn,” I tell him, this time my tone has an apologetic element to it.

“You're exactly the bride I wanted.” his eyebrows knit together and it takes everything in me to not hyperventilate from the overstimulation. “Italian, pretty, calm, everyone loves you, Alessandra.”

I don't think until the words are out of my mouth, another terrible trait of mine. “No, nobody can, they just don't know how to.”

“What?”

“Nothing,” I shake my head.

“I've never heard you talk this much.”

I shrug, “I talk, but we haven't exactly been acquainted that long and It's not like we are close friends.”

“Wrong.” Enzo counters, a smile stretching across his lips. ”I've known you for a pretty long time. You're my wife, that makes me closer to you than I've ever been to Romano's daughter.”

“I am his daughter too.” My head tilts, ignoring the stab at Sofia. My desperation to be acknowledged must stink because he laughs at me.

“You're my wife, that outlaws any and every other other relationship you hold. You should have run when you had the chance to because now, you belong to Enzo Valenti.” he grins, his hand reaching for my face again. I recoil but he doesn't stop, his touch is gentle, too gentle as if he thinks I'm going to break if he caresses too hard. “Do I scare you, Alessandra?” he pauses, his eyes searching mine but I've long mentally disassociated from this situation. “You have no reason to fear me unless you cross me, and you won't cross, will you? You'll be a good little obedient girl, won't you princess?”

Obedient? Does that mean he—

“Ouch,” Enzo feigns a wince, his hand retracting. “You wound me, wife. Do I look like the type to force a woman for sex?”

I gulp, giving no response as I watch him. I can't say for certain but he looks like he can get any woman he wants but that has never stopped anyone before.

Again, he smiles. “I'm not going to touch you, Alessandra, but when I do? It will because you begged for it.”

I nearly gag at his confidence. Maybe being Capo's heir has made his head too big or it's the people who kiss his ass. Either way, he's wrong. He doesn't know me, I won't beg him for anything, not even if he starves me half to death I won't beg, I've done my fair of begging in this life.

“Get off the bed.” he lazily says, and I practically leap off it, he could ask me anything and I'll do it. His tone commands attention but not to me. I could easily challenge him but I need to give him the illusion I'm as full as every other mafia princess.

As soon as I'm off the bed, he retrieves a small blade that appears to have been strapped to his leg and he cuts his palm.

Blood gushes from the cut and he sprinkles it on the sheets with precision, even the drop he squeezes out has a precalculated landing. Will anyone buy this? I don't care.

I am too entranced by the red that covers the sheets, it's looks so artistic, I think I like the sight of Enzo Valenti bleeding for me.

“Sit.” he glances at me over his shoulder, smearing blood on the pillow.

The moment I'm sat, he cups my face and kisses me. I try to fight it but there's no fighting the longing I've developed since he first kissed me. This is my third kiss, all three being him but this one is my favourite, it's raw, consuming and unrestrained. When I pull away to catch my breath, his lips travel to my neck, leaving a soft trail of kisses and nibbles? I'm unsure what to call them but it makes my insides feel like jelly, and my panties damp.

My blood is rushing straight to my clit, I release an unfamiliar sound and Enzo stops.

I feel like I just stopped mid-job, like I shot at someone but they don't die with just the one bullet to the head, frustrating.

“Dolccezza, are you still mad at me?” I hear him say. I swallow. He just got into bed, and I've got my back to him. I would pretend I was asleep, but I can't ignore him. I feel an inescapable pull between us, something feral and dangerous–two of my favourite things. “I'm not mad,” I shift, turning to face him. Even he is lying in bed, staring at me with bewilderment. “I am a little upset you made me leave the dinner like that, it wasn't necessary.” “How is your cheek?” he asks, ignoring my statement, to him, dragging me out was necessary, and so was warning me that my family would never see me again if they lose dangers to me. “I'm fine, Enzo,” I try to assure him, the Russian rolling off my tongue “I mean I'm fine, it was an accident, and you overreacted.” I clarify, careful not to do dry to other languages. “I'll respect the story you're going for, but Dolcezza, nobody is allowed to hurt you.” “He didn't—” “If anyone ever hurts you, then I want you to come to me. “Sasha,” he snaps, startling me. I tense beside Gianna, who huffs in irritation. “What is it now?” she whispers to Alessio. “He's upset,” he blankly retorts, telling us the obvious. Everyone stares at Sasha, who remains frozen, her hand shaking when she sees Enzo moving towards her. Sasha needs to learn that he calls the shots, she says jump, and you ask how high immediately. “Enzo, amore, what is it?” Mrs Valenti asks, her voice trembling. Even she is afraid of her son, so who am I not to have feared him so much I ran into another man's arms for comfort. Enzo's hand reaches for Sasha's face, and she backs away, not too quickly, but Enzo counters by grabbing her, holding her in place with one hand while the other moves strands of her hair, exposing her bruised cheek. “What's this, Alessandra?” he asks, his voice harsh and cold. He startles me again. Alessandra moves his hand, “I bumped into the wall.” Really? That's the lie she's going for? Her cheek is fucking red, she

Alessandra goes with her mother. She has Reina give her a glass of champagne, and they talk to Mrs Valenti, both showering her with attention. It's weird, and not from a jealous point of view.Father, Dante, Don Valenti and Enzo are discussing something, yet I can't help but notice how Enzo watches my sister and father watches him do it. Alessandra is gawking at him too, blushing obliviously while pretending to listen to Mother and Mrs Valenti.“Sofia,” Gianna calls out. “You got it right.” I smile back at her, she had previously called me Alessandra when she arrived, but Dante had to correct her painfully.“Of course,” she sighs. “it's much easier now, Sasha is the one with the ring handpicked by Enzo.”“Hand-picked?” I gasp, that man has no time for activities that don't involve la Familia, she must be trying to get on my nerves.“Yes, crazy I know.” she maintains her expression. “So, how are you?”“I'm good.”“I love the outfit but...” she trails off, her gaze sweeping over me. “i

I watch as recognition cracks through his expression, he's got it, he knows who I am now. “No. You’re not—” “Requiem?” I grin. A man whispered among the elites, the demon that feasts fast and brutally. It's me, and when my smile confirms it, he presses the emergency button that should alert his security, but I have bugged the system, so nobody is coming for him. He stands abruptly, knocking over his chair. “They’re coming,” he warns me, but I don't stop. “My men will be here any second and..” “They won’t.” I cut him off with a single step forward. “No one will be coming for you Mr D'Angelo and don't bother offering me money, cars, you don't have enough to appease me.” I pout, feeding on his fear. He tries to back away as I swear you could see the moment he begins to plan escaping me. I'm hurt, I've waited so long to play and he wants to run from me? I'm risking my life to end his and he has the nerve to try and fight back? He signed his death certificate the moment he started pl

Instantly, I believe him because even though it's merely been weeks, I can't imagine life differently—I can but I loathe every second of it. I'm glad Sofia fell for the enemy, even more glad when he kisses me. His hand against my cheek is gentle, the need with which we kiss each other like long-lost lovers sends electric sensations all over my body. I get it now, kissing Enzo is an art I never want to lose touch in, I can't seem to get enough of him, his tongue. My husband tastes like every dark thought I've ever had and he's slowly yet surely unsure I'm addicted to every part of him. “Oh, Sasha.” he groans, his hand finding its way underneath my dress, moving it up in the process. I feel weak in the knees, but thankfully Enzo has a strong hold on me. With one hand he lifts me off the floor and moves us to our bed. I miss his touch the second he gently lays me on the mattress, hastily taking his jacket off.

  • His Docile Mafia Princess    Chapter 28: A job for Sasha

Alessandra I'm sitting in the living room, bored out of my damn mind because Enzo left me alone all day. I understand he has work to do but leaving me alone after we've spent such a beautiful week together makes me sort of miss him. When my phone rings, I practically leap to the table to grab it but my excitement dies down the moment I see the caller ID, 'Don Romano.' yes, I can't bother to input him as a father his title is more than enough, because to me he hasn't been a father for over ten years, but somehow he was more of a parent than mother ever was. I hesitate before I answer, trying to avert camera angles that could catch my lips moving. “Hello,” I nearly sigh. “Sasha my dear,” Father says, sounding rather excited. “How are you?” “I'm fine thanks.” I blankly retort. I'd avoided his calls for a while but now I'm inclined to answer, my honeymoon is over and he probably wants more info out of me. “So, any news from your husband?” And there it is, I knew this wasn't

“Let us just leave now.” he groans, holding me so close that I can feel how hard he is. “You're ruining your reputation.” I hear Alessio say, just like Enzo he doesn't make a sound when he draws near. “Big bad Enzo can't be this clingy.” Enzo kisses my forehead and I take it as my cue to leave, waving at Alessio who takes my place, trying to hug Enzo. I go to where his mother stands, to offer my help with slicing the fruit but when I look back at Enzo and Alessio, I see my husband swing his fist at Alessio. “Don't worry, Sasha.” his older sister, Isabella laughs. “That's just how those two interact.” Taking a seat, I frown. Who the hell interacts like this, then again I remember Alessio did mention Enzi beating him up. Hmm.I don't know if this family is trul strange, or perhaps my perception of what family is has been altered by my own fucked up family. “What you're seeing is very mild compared to how they usually are. They will beat each other til the other bleeds out or pa

“Wait!” Andrea calls out, and immediately they all go silent. “Alessandra is here.” “Hi!” Gianna squeals, breaking from the crowd. Now all four are gaping at me so I wave with a smile, “Hello everyone.” “I thought you weren't coming, Enzo said he wouldn't bring you.” Andrea frowns, her gaze narrowing. Gianna sits next to me, and her cousin Marlene sits next to me as well and introduces herself and her other sister. Soon, all four bombard me with inquiries about my honeymoon, how I'm finding living with the scary Enzo Valenti, and whether I'm bored or still startled. I can only answer one of the four they simultaneously shoot at me, but it doesn't stop them from inquiring further and further. They're not how I pictured them; everyone is hospitable and nice. “Girls, give her some breathing room.” Mrs Valenti tsks, shooing the girls away. “You're going to scare her away.” I let out a nervous laugh, “I'm fine, Mrs Valenti.” “If you continue to call me that, I'll call you the

Lina giggles, “You're making my brother mad.” Now my smile falls, veering back to Lina. “Your brother?” I frown, my gaze shifting between the two of them. Enzo has an eyebrow raised, undoubtedly wondering who I thought she was when I saw her. “Sometimes,” Lina shrugs. But that's impossible, this is a little girl, and I know all of his sisters, I thought I did. Nothing I dug for told me about her, and his parents are too old, maybe she's adopted. “What is your name?” she nods at me. My lips part but before I can say a word, Enzo beats me to it. “Brother Enzo's wife.” “That's a weird name,” her lips curl up in disgust. He is messing with her and the poor girl believes it. “Hmm, do you have another name? Can I give you another name?” “I do have another name, and I'll tell you if you forgive us for not inviting you to our wedding.” She pause
