LUCY'S POV

"What?"

My voice was trembling as I tried to speak.

"What are you trying to say?"

I tried to push him away from my side but failed ,as the man was way too much stronger than me. My weak limbs couldn't make a slight move with his position. Rather I became scared to look at his agitated tone of voice .

" Miss,you misunderstood me..."

He said calmly to see my fruitless struggle to drive him away.

" I mean no harm to you and your body ,trust me. "

He said while holding my hands with one of his hands . I could feel his strong grip of muscles and became frightened.

" Then why did you call me your mate then?"

I became scared and cried out loudly.

The man got up and started to keep pacing along the room. He was staring at me from time to time and it felt like he was trying hard to find words to explain the whole situation to me gently.
