"Today was a slip up. You know how our wolves get angry and irritated from lack of rest and freedom. I intend to make you respect me the right way and not through violence." Said gently by Raphaela to the border patrol warriors who now either shrunk back in fear or gazed at her with suspicion or hatred.
She glanced at the wolf she assaulted who had already healed up.
"I'll leave now, continue your jobs. I had the kitchen staff at the pack house prepare good meals for you, it will be here within the hour."
With that, she turned and walked away, Raphaela-style.
The right thing would have been to apologize before giving the explanation she had given but she couldn't bring herself to say the words. They didn't deserve it.
