Cara frowned. "Sure, we do need to talk. Come on in." She pulled the door wide open for him. Though she was acting angry-- which she was-- she was actually startled to see Romeo so... Disorganized.

He was never one to show that side of him to anyone.

He closed his eyes and fought the urge to throw up before opening his eyes back. "I don't... I don't think I should."

The scent of something mouthwaterinly delicious caught her nose and she just had to get up from bed. She picked up her phone and checked the time, it was a little after eight. She could not help but to wonder why she was awake so early. Going to the living room, the scent enticed her more and compelled her to move towards the large area dedicated to the kitchen. To her surprise, a handsome man was standing in front of the stove with an spron around his waist. He had all his attention fixed on the pancake he was flipping. His emerald green eyes were so focused that the pancake was to afraid to burn. She stared at him in silence for a moment and more. His perfectly built back and broad shoulders was enough to make her mouth water. She still found it hard to believe that such a man belonged to her and her alone. She would never have to share him romantically

But that was not the only thing that made him look around the place, the living room was not untidy, but it was the same way he had left it those days ago after their fight. He turned around to look at her, she probably knew what he was thinking judging from his silent emerald eyes. She smiled softly. "Ever since the day we fought, I couldn't find the strength to leave my bedroom. I just laid there in my bed, drowning in my sadness." "I'm booking an appointment right now with the doctor so they can check on our baby. We have to make sure everything is fine firstly before any other thing." "It's very hot." She nodded her head and accepted the cup from his hand in silence. She did not even try to ask him what was inside the cup and simply lifted it to her lips and took a sip from the light green liquid. "Ow!" She winced in pain as the liquid burnt her tongue. Romeo immediately collected the cup from her hand and placed it back on the tray on the table then took a napkin and gently dabbed at her lips. "What did I just tell you?"
