Chapter 32

After he left, I stayed sitting, thinking of what the hell just happened. The dining hall was still silent, everybody trying to figure out what just happened. I stared at my food like it held the answers I needed. After a moment of shock passed. Whispers erupted around me. I couldn’t continue with my food so I stood up and left. I knew it was Sheila who followed me after I walked out because Grey had left minutes after the Alpha stormed out.

Here I was thinking he’d be mad that I got into another trouble after his warning. He was really pissed and I’d thought it was directed at me the moment he walked through that door. Was he really going to kill Petra or was he bluffing? I don’t plan on finding out and that was why I was going after him. I didn’t know which way he had gone but I was going to check his office first.
