Chapter 29 Willow POVI start to stir but my eye lids still feel too heavy to open. For the first time in a long time, I relish in the current feeling of warmth and comfort. Brett POV “No, no, no, no, no!” Willow repeats going into panic mode. “Sshh it’s ok, I’m not letting you out of my sight. I won’t let him have you.” I promise kissing her lips. Willow POV I can’t explain this sense of longing…this sense of finding Ash and doing his bidding. Yet I can also feel the strength of the mate bond with Brett.I feel torn!I know with Ash it is the sire bond but I’m struggling to fight it already. Brett POV It took all my strength to leave Willow alone to get changed. I headed downstairs when I walked past Louis.“Hey Louis, would you just keep a listen out for Wils? Ash POV Fucking Jason! He almost ruined everything. How dare he think he can touch what is mine!The new witch was settling into her rooms well. I had informed some of the pack that an omega from another area was joining. I didn’t need them sniffing around and an omega never gets any attention. She was good at masking her magic and she had worked well on strengthening the spells on Willow. My wolf was pining for her too, but I knew she was safe and I just had to keep going. I had received intel that Ashley’s men had been sniffing around our borders, no doubt trying to get close to Willow. What was his fascination with her? Jeremy POVBrett didn’t have the relationship with his parents as I did with mine. I already knew this, it’s why he spent so much time at ours growing up. If I didn’t know it before though, I’d certainly know it now. Finding your fated mate was meant to be joyous and an all-encompassing experience, but Brett hadn’t even named Willow and his parents were pushing for him to consider the alliance with Alicia. I can now see why Lizzie didn’t warm to Alicia. I was seeing her true colours and she was being disrespectful to my sister, who is her future Luna to the Northern packs. Lugh POV My sister had informed me of her vision of Onara Eardwulf and exactly where I needed to be. She was younger than I expected and a little naive. It was clear she had no idea of her heritage and her strength. I could feel the bindings on her and hear the whispers of magic under her skin. Poor thing. I hope it didn’t hurt her. She was quite a beauty; she has long wavy light brown hair, rosy cheeks and hazel eyes with gold flakes in them. I knew instantly the gold flakes were the trace of magic. Once we reached the bus stop, I took her hand and walked her towards the edge of the village to a Tudor style house that I had been renting whilst in Kent. Our grandparents originated from Ireland and after the death of my parents, my sister and I relocated to Hampshire. We lived in the New Forest area in a small witch community due to the readily available herbs and wildlife.
