Chapter 40

Rooh's pov:

"Hey wake up!" someone tapped my cheek making me stir at my place.

I turned to other side but immediately groaned when I felt pain in my shoulders and arm. I hissed and snap opened my eyes. Once my eyes adjusted to the light I blinked few times and saw the devil in front of me. I turned my face towards the window and saw it was dark outside.

When did I sleep and did I sleep for too long that it is almost night. I sat up on the bed and he was sitting in front of me. He muttered something under his breath but I didn't understand anything. I saw my hands were still cuffed to the bed post.

"I'm freeing you because I have to sleep on my bed." he said coldly and released my hands from the cuffs.

My hands immediately came down and then I felt how much sore they have became. I moved my shoulders trying to ease them off but there was tension in them. I glared at the devil but he ignored me and went to the bathroom door. He took off his shirt giving a view of his broad shoulder
