I did not make a sound as we went up to our rooms, Lady Weber's words had hurt me deeply. When we arrived, Gregory kissed my forehead and entered his room. I sat by the fireplace to think about what Lady Weber had said. After a few minutes I got up determined, it had been enough, since my arrival in Dranda I had let circumstances lead me, but now I wanted to be a real queen, I wanted to be a real wife, be good for the kingdom and fulfill my role with conviction, not just being told what to do.

I knocked on Gregory's door, this time I did not do it shyly or insecurely. He immediately replied to let me in, I open the door and found Gregory reading by the window.

“Hi,” I said and entered without waiting for an invitation.

“Hello,” the king replied indifferently, without taking his eyes off his book.
