Mica  POV

The next morning.....

"Jane"I called to my maid who usually helped me everyday...it really ain't easy not getting up...you have to be dependent on others....I can't do a thing on my own asides from eating meals

"Good morning ma'am"she greeted walking gingerly to the wheelchair...with minimum efforts she placed me on it

"How was your night Jane?"I asked softly

"It was fine ma'am...and i hope yours was good?"

"It's the same as usual....I can't believe I won't be able to walk again Jane"I said with a sigh

"Don't worry ma'am...it'll be okay"she reassured wheeling me to the dinning room

"I'll go get your breakfast"she opened the door to the kitchen leaving me in the living room

My mind drifted back to Max and Penny ...I wonder how there faring?....it's been quite long I heard from any of them...

"Breakfast is ready ma'am"I ate slightly with Jane by my side

She's the only maid I feel comfortable with...that's why she's the only one in the house

I don't like too many people staying around... thankfully she performs her duties excellently...some maid do come and go to help assist in the house chores

"Who's that?"Jane asked as someone knocked on the door

"I wonder who that could be?"I muttered...I usually don't have much visitor... Mrs Meyer was the only person I could have a conversation with....and since her death well I've been kinda lonely...I cut my self off the society living in one of my house in the woods

The truth is I've been scared that James would find me...his already done so much damage to my life... but I know it's still not enough for him

"Is Mrs Mica at home?"I heard someone say

"And what business do you have with her?"I heard Jane reply

"Girl it's none of your business...is she in yes or no!?"the person snapped

"Sh_"I wheeled myself into the living room to see Liam staring at Jane scornfully

"Liam!"

"Mrs Mica"he walked in crutching to peck my cheeks

"How have you been?"I asked as he sat down

"I've been good ma'am...I must say your maid is quite inquiring"he said diverting his attention back to Jane

"She is.. Jane it's okay"she smiled lightly standing at my back

"So Liam what brought you here?...and how did you know where am staying?"

"Well it wasn't that hard for me to find out...am here because of something serious Mrs Mica"he replied staring at me with a staright face

"Okay...what is it?"

"Tina and Penny are missing"

"What!?"

"They've been missing since yesterday evening.... I've tried calling Penny and Tina cellphones but it's switched off"he replied

"O...o...okay have you tried talking to Mrs Christian?"I asked stammering In fear ..oh gawd!

Please let it not be what am thinking!..he stayed mute for a while

"Liam .... what's the matter?"he lowered his face as even thinking about something

"What_"

"Mrs Christian is dead...I found her corpse this morning with a knife stabbed on her chest"

"O...o...my.. gawd!"I buried my face on my palm whimpering....

"James is behind all this"he said lowly

"If that bàstard lyes a hand on Tina...I swear I'll kill him"he gritted fisting his hands

"W...we need to find him Liam...we need to stop him"

"That's why I came here Mrs Mica....he's a lunatic and to add to it all he now has an accopliance"

"I...I....I know someone who can help"I said smiling

"Get me my phone Jane"

  Max POV

I adjusted my shades staring out the window

Cassy has told me all about Oliver and James plan....too bad they aren't gonna succeed

I just pray am not to late...if that son of a bîtch harms a strand on Penny or tina's hair...I'll send him to his maker

I took in deep breath thinking about my plan... it's time to end James once and for all
