Chapter:9

Alex POV

I lay awake in bed. I can't stop thinking about what happened last night.

I raise my head and look at the curtains covering the windows. The sun has started rising and gives of a light blue colour to the room.

Letting my head fall back onto the pillow,the images and feeling of last night rush back. The sparks kept coming everytime we touched. It was almost magical.

So cliche.

Then there's the mate thing. I forgot to ask him about it because of the stupid kiss. Ok it wasn't stupid,it was amazing,hot,sensual,needy and it turned steamy.

The way his hands felt on my body was unforgetable. He held me with such care,as if I were glass that could break at any moment. He handled me with such respect and admiration.

I never thought that he could be gentle,much less with me. I guess you learn something new everyday.

Deciding that I have spent long enough time in bed,I get up to wash my face,brush my hair and teeth.
