Jamie and Raoul headed into the city to meet the King of Rogues. Raoul was obviously slightly nervous about the visit. Jamie, on the other hand, was excited. She loved the bustle, smells and colours of the city. The next few weeks were the busiest in Jamie’s life. But she felt happy that she had a purpose and was learning so much. The only downside was that she did not see much of Raoul as he was constantly carrying out his duties.
