HENRY'S POV
"I saw you dancing with Jewel." Henrietta mentioned as soon as I got to our table and I sighed, dragging a chair out and taking my seat.
Yes, I had come here with my sister. My parents were and of the most popular business tycoons in the city and even I'm the entire control and they were invited for this charity ball. They couldn't make it so they sent my sister and I to represent them.
This wasn't the first gala we would be attending in place of our parents but still I didn't want to come for this one because I wasn't feeling it. Obviously it was because I was lazy mostly because I knew how stressful this kind of gala was. As per my father's request, I'd have to mingle with most of his business associates and their wives. Those women wouldn't stop recommending their daughters for me. Good riddance to bad rubbish.

JEWEL'S POVI dashed in to the hospital with Henry hot on my tail. My mind was in turmoil and I didn't know what to think. Immediately the call dropped, all my senses heightened. HENRY'S POV"So, when we supply..." One of my contractor was doing a presentation but I was barely paying attention as my mind wouldn't stop going back to two night before. HENRY'S POVThe beeping sound pulled me out of the silent comfort of sleep. I opened my eyes slowly, reaching out for the source of disturbance coming from the bed side table. It was Jewel's small digital clock that was sounding an alarm. I dismissed it by pushing a button then going back to lie still on the bed, my eyes adjusting to the dim lit room.I looked beside me and saw Jewel was still very much fast asleep, partially covered underneath the sheets of the bed, wearing absolutely nothing. Her soft skin against mine as I didn't feel any form of material or textile between us.I blinked rapidly as the memories from last night surfaced in my mind, every single detail of it engraved in my head: I recalled everything, how our cloths had been torn off our bodies, how we had moved from the sofa in the living room and finally to her bed room, hands and lips exploring. I dashed into the police station and went straight to the interrogation room where they were definitely questioning Selene, ignoring the calls of the police men that stood by the reception table. I got to the interrogation room and met Henry, with the DPO and Selene handcuffed. Henry looked at me in awe. "What are you doing here?" He asked me. "She still hasn't confessed." He chipped in, pointing to Selene who just sat motionless in the chair, her eyes blood shot from so much crying. I began to feel pity for her. "That's because she didn't do it." I revealed breathlessly, shocking the hell out of them. Henry's eyes widened. "What did you just say?""I know who did it." I said and he urged me to go on.
