“God ... give healing to my mother. I want to see my mother's laughter again, heal her in your great way,” said Axelina to herself. She stared at the light above the operating room which was still red. It's been 8 hours her mother was in the operating room. 

“Everything will be alright,” said Amar to calm Axelina.

“I hope so too. She is the only family I have. Without her, I don't know how my life will be. Just imagining it I'm so scared,” said Axelina to Amar. Not long after, the operating room light turned green. Axelina's body stiffened, she was really very afraid of the news she would receive. She tried to gather what remains of her courage to hear the news that she will receive. One of the doctors came out of the operating room, Axelina immediately walked over to the doctor.

“How was my mother's surgery?” Axelina asked with anxiety.

“The operation went well. Mrs. Elena has a great passion for recovery. She is currently still being monitored by a team of doctors,” said Doctor Jimmy to Axelina. Axelina could not contain her tears. She is very happy because her mother's operation went well. Amar took Axelina into his arms.

“Thank you sir. Thanks to your help, my mom was operated on,” said Axelina.

“Because I deserve to help you, seeing how hard you work so far for healing your mother,” said Amar softly.

“After your mom realizes, I will prepare for our wedding,” said Amar firmly. Axelina could only swallow hard at Amar's words. Axelina looked into Amar's eyes, it was clear that his eyes showed a seriousness about his words.

“Do you really want to marry me?” asked Axelina.

“Is there a reason, I would lie to something as sacred as marriage,” said Amar, holding back his emotions hearing Axelina's words. He doesn't want because of his emotions, his plan that he has put together fails because of his emotions he can't endure.

“What are you really looking for from me, that you want to marry me?” Axelina asked Amar seriously.

“Because I like you,” said Amar seriously. Axelina sighed heavily. She didn't know what to do next. Her heart is so uncertain about Amar's request to her. Somehow her little heart seemed like something was up. Who knows what it is, Axelina still can't find it. Axelina remembers the help Amar had given her.

“I don't know sir, I still can't answer your question. Because for me, it was all sudden. I personally also don't know you,” said Axelina to Amar.

“You can find out about me when we are married. We will get to know each other. And later, as time goes by, we will understand and love each other,” said Amar convincing Axelina.

“For the sake of mother, I want to marry you,” said Axelina calmly. She tries to accept whatever is happening in her life for now. Maybe it was a line that was destined by God for her. Amar disconnects his call with Martin. He walked towards Axelina who was sitting in front of the operating room. Waiting for her mother to be transferred to the treatment room.

Axelina nodded her head. A sign that she understood the words Amar had spoken to her. She tried to believe everything Amar said to her.

Amar sits next to Axelina. Also waiting for Axelina's mother to come out of the operating room. Not long after, the nurses came out pushing the gurney containing Axelina's mother. Axelina stood up from her seat and walked behind the nurse who brought her mother to the treatment room that had been prepared. After arriving in the treatment room, Axelina was so uncomfortable. Because her mother is now moved to the VVIP room by Amar. Axelina stared at Amar without a word who was walking beside her.

“What do you really want from me, why are you so nice to me? Is it true that you are an angel sent by God to help me?” Axelina thought.

Axelina entered the treatment room after her mother had finished installing the tools on her body. Axelina approached her mother. She sat beside the bed of the mother. Staring at the face of the mother who was unconscious after the operation. Axelina held her mother's hand and kissed it. She thanked God. Because He gave her mother the opportunity to be able to accompany her again. Axelina just felt that miracles really existed.

“Hurry up and wake up mom, I really miss you,” said Axelina softly.

“I want to go first, have a meeting with a client. After coming home from work, I'll come here again,” said Amar approaching Axelina. Axelina nodded her head. Before he left the room, Amar kissed the top of Axelina's head. Axelina was still frozen staring at Amar's back who came out of her mother's treatment room. Axelina let out a harsh sigh. Thinking what will happen in her life after this.

“Mom, whether what I'm doing is right or not. I can't refuse it. Because he's been helping with your medication and surgery. I asked for your prayers, mom. Because tomorrow I will marry him,” said Axelina softly. There were too many thoughts on Axelina's mind.
