2021-03-08 08:14:03Gavin’s mother arrived at the hospital and was at receptionist asking about if she could go in and see her daughter in law, just as she was about to get a go ahead, Stacey walked past behind her and realized who was standing at the reception.
“Hi Mildred, good to see you again. I was just getting some hot food for Fernanda, we can go together if you like”, she said.
Mildred then picked up her bag and a warmer she had brought from home with a nice hot chicken soup for Fernanda, after receiving the terrible news about the baby from Gavin she had to come and comfort her by any means possible.
“Thank you dear, how is she doing?”, Mildred asked after she nodded to the nurse to thank her and turned back to Stacey.
Stacey gave an unsure look and led her into the room where Fernanda just stared out the window lost in thoughts and tears that fell without her knowing, her energy was so low that she did not even hear when both Stacey and Gavin’s mother walked in.
