I sat in my office as I looked at the documents that my secretary had sent to me. I opened the documents and I sat back thinking about what I should do. 

It was something that I did not want to do but I thought I should just find out what was happening before I could do something about it.

How could Lucas be so careless when authorizing Projects? 

This was going to have a huge effect on our reputation.

For someone who is a talented software engineer, this was sloppy ad careless. How could he be so reckless?

I wanted to talk to him but was interrupted by a knock on my door before it finally opened.
