Damon's pov
It was early morning when the door bell rang. Damon was still drinking, trying to forget his pains even for a short period of time. It was so freaking difficult for him to live a life without Nina. Damon somehow stood up and went to see who it was on the door. Damon was purely annoyed. He did not wanted to talk to anyone. He slowly opened the door and saw that it was his one and only step brother Stepehen standing in front of him with the biggest grin on his face.
"whooo! Brother, now seeing you like this is definitely a huge surprise" Stephen said as he welcomed himself inside the house.
"What the fu** are you doing here" Damon said without any emotion."I came to do you good brother, you do not have to be so rude" Stephen said as he sat on the couch."I dont want you. Just leave me alone" Damon said with a strict voice."Oh come on, give me a chance to explain will you, also can you please explain why you looking so shitty right now?"

Damon's POVDamon doesnt know what day is it or how long he has been in his trying to drink away his miseries. Now he feels what Nina had felt, he always saw her crying while having a glass of wine in her fragile hands. But during those times, he never really relaized how much painful it was for her. Damon’s POVFor the first time in months Damon finally felt at least a little bit relieved. He felt like himself again. And there was no doubt that Nina was the reason behind this happiness felt by Damon.
