Nina's POV
Nina does not know what came over herwhen he told Damon to have dinner with her. She just could not see him in this state. Seeing him in this condition felt like a torture to her. It is true that she hated him so so much in her life, speacially after their unborn child's death. But somehow with time the hatred has faded and the limitless love that she has for him has emerged once again in her heart especially after she saw him crying like crazy for her in front of Mona. Yes, he has wronged her to no end, he has given her a lot of pain. But Nina's heart could not endure seeing Damon in pain. She felt like her heart would explde when she hugged him because she could sense his pain. But was her heart ready to give Damon a chance? She did not know that yet. Maybe time will give her the answer.

And there was no doubt that Nina was the reason behind this happiness felt by Damon.
