Chapter 19

Katherine walked out of the bed towards the bathroom, wearing Ashton's huge shirt. Even after folding them a few times, the sleeves looked long and were hanging loose around her arms. A few minutes later, she walked back to their bed where Ashton was sleeping soundly. He was lying on his stomach with his limbs stretched across the whole mattress.  Katherine sat on the edge of the bed while running her fingers on his unruly hair that fell on his forehead. She watched him with a sweet smile on her lips.

Ashton seemed relaxed while sleeping with his mouth slightly open that she almost did not have the heart to wake him up but he had literally begged her to wake him up as soon as the Sun's first rays hit the sky since he had to attend an important meeting with the board of directors.
