POV Lilly

As I got out of the shower, I could hear Griffin talking to Evan clear as day.  I didn't mean to eves drop but I heard my name and couldn't help it.  I wondered at my ability to hear Evan through the phone but quickly became distracted by the information I heard. I couldn't believe what Evan had told Griffin. I couldn't believe that Chance had changed so much. He was so sweet and kind when I lived there. Surely, there was a mistake.

Hearing that Evan's mate was a seer was a surprise as well. I had never heard of a seer being a Luna.

After hearing what she saw, I was sure that Griffin was going to come charging in and mark me halfway through the conversation so I kept listening so I could be prepared.
