Samira Reddy sat on the couch, leaning back, and placed her pink purse on the desk. Her face was no longer attractive. Dark circles under her eyes indicated a lack of sleep and nutritional deficiencies in her body. Her clothes were no longer star-studded, expensive, and branded. As is customary, no makeup was applied to her face. After the sun of pride had sunk in the tired eyes, the black night was visible. And, as she had done before, she had come to ask her billionaire brother for money.

While on the phone with his Assistant Jacob, Rudra Reddy came downstairs. He hung up the phone after giving some instructions to his dear elder sister, who was sitting in the living room. Hearing his low voice, Samira Reddy rose from her seat and cast a hopeful glance at him.

“Rudra…”

Rudra Reddy walked downstairs, putting on his blazer as if he hadn't heard her.

He came to her, “Why are you here?”

“You are my younger brother. Can't I come to see you?” Her phoney smile was colourless.

“Younger
