Marriage Proposal

"Aiden...!"

Someone called his name, Aiden stopped walking and looked back. He was surprised to see Cindy who called him.

"Cindy?"

"How are you? Nice to see you here!" Cindy smiled sweetly. She looked very happy because she could meet Aiden again since that day.

Somehow Aiden felt a little awkward, especially every time he remembered Nina's words that Cindy loved him.

"I'm fine. When are you coming?"

"It's summer vacation, right? I'm taking two weeks off. So my family and I decided to vacation in Alberta. My dad got an invite to your grandfather's birthday party so I came with them."

"So, your parents are here too?"

"Yes, I saw my mother talking to your mother and grandmother earlier."

"Is that so? Thank God!"

"Where's Nina? I can't see her!"

"She is not here!"

"You didn't bring her? I thought you would introduce her to your family!"

"I hope so!" Aiden said. He smiled bitterly. Cindy could sense something was wrong.

"You and Nina had a fight? S-sorry, I shouldn't be asking this. But-"
