Chapter 20

I laid there in his arms and I couldn't have been more at peace. Matto was sleeping soundly and I looked up at him and just watched him. Last night was so amazing. When we mated it was as if I was looking through his eyes. I saw how he saw me and how he felt for me. It was at that moment that I truly knew what it meant to be wanted and loved completely by someone. The feeling I got was one of tenderness and passion. Like he couldn't be away from me. I knew that I felt the same way. I slowly unwrapped myself from his arms and found his shirt lying next to us. I put it on and stood up and went in search of my clothes.

I took a better look around at the little cabin that was going to be ours. It wasn't as big as the cabin we're at now, but it was perfect for just us. The place was amazing with its hand-carved design and perfect view. I found my dress, well pieces of my dress. What the heck? I thought to myself.
