Author's POV Lyra was quite disappointed that Damian let Elara go too easily. Too easily. She had hoped that he would punish her but instead, he had cared about the wounds on her face and neck. Even asked questions like he was some fucking doctor. He left the mother of his heir on the floor while caring about some woman who couldn't even give him a child. How pathetic. So annoying.
