It had been three days since Violet returned her pack from the Scarlet Howl Pack. She had been looking for the rogues who had attacked her in Daniel's pack.

She remembered Daniel killing the rogue who had bitten her. The other two looked like they were dying too. However, she wanted to know who was behind them.

"Have a cup of tea, Luna."

Sam's voice echoed in the office room.

Violet stood near the window while thinking about what had happened in the Scarlet Howl Pack. No matter how hard she tried to forget, they kept coming back to her like memories.

She closed her eyes, feeling the wind touching her face. She could not forget how Daniel picked her up in his arms when she was in her wolf form. Although she caged her wolf inside her, her wolf wanted to get close to Daniel again.

She wondered why her wolf was behaving like this. Was it because her wolf had never come close to a male wolf before?

But she never acted like that before, not even when she was married to Leo.
