Chapter 22: AVENGING LIA'S DEATH

Matteo and I arrived at his home. I dropped my luggage and left in my car to meet with Armando at my den. I arrived at my den and was welcomed in by Armando. Armando took me to meet Dario who was tied up and badly bruised. I glanced at my watch and wondered why Alberto hasn't come yet. Next few minutes he showed up at my den. I had asked one of my men to bring him to me. Alberto was shocked at the sight of Dario.

I pulled Alberto at a corner and sat down. I offered him to seat and a pack of cigarettes.

"Want some smoke? I asked while I pull out a cigarette from the packet.

"No thanks. I don't smoke"

"Oh really? That's good. Same here. I don't smoke. Take this cigarettes away" I handed the packet of cigarettes to one of my men. "Do you drink?
