Chapter 15 - David

I look down from the waterfall and watch Alex swimming around.  His smile beams bright as the sun. 

I’m glad I spotted him climbing the rocks when I did.  If I had been looking for him only a couple minutes later, I wouldn’t have seen him. 

I couldn’t help but to chuckle to myself as his feet scurried away even faster as the woman’s screams grew louder.  I know exactly why he is running and hiding. 

If I was sitting by myself and hearing those same moans, I would probably react to them, too.  However, my mind is only thinking of the beautiful slender guy with raven black hair, who is now hiding in a secluded spot and enjoying his peaceful moment. 

I smile wider as the water glistens off his creamy white shoulders. 

Without thinking, I step back and then spring forward and leap off the cliff.
