Day 14: Go South

After a good amount of lectures and warnings and threats from Sira, Jason had just sat alone at the balcony as he glanced at the crescent moon shining at a corner of the sky. It was a starry night since the moon was in a waning phase. Abundance of stars glimmering in the sky while his eyes fell on the one shining a little too brightly.

The boy was in a whirl of thoughts. Thoughts that were revolving back and forth around Gracie and the incident that had happened hours ago. ‘How did things go so South?’ was the one question pounding his head. ‘It was supposed to be a happy moment. A moment for us where we both were supposed to come closer than ever. Then where did it go so wrong?’
