"Not again," I muttered to myself, taking a deep breath. This usual scene, one I never wished to see again, always managed to find its way back to me. It was as if Tristan and Megan were tied into my life that I could never get away from and honestly, it was draining all the patience I had in me.

Tristan's odd stares always got on my nerves. He had this passionate gaze that contradicted his actions, but I no longer believed in those looks. His words also stated otherwise. It was as if the only thing constant to him were his lies.
