Chapter 19
A few minutes later, I'm still awake and I decide to wake up, so I switch the lights back on and head to the bathroom to take a shower.
Scott is coming for me at seven in the morning so I might as well get ready early.
After my warm shower, I grab my white robe, put it on over my pajamas and head downstairs to make some pancakes. I like mine fluffy so I take my time while preparing them.
A smile curves on my face when I remember that dad loves my pancakes, I know he missed them and he'd be glad to have them for breakfast.
At around six, I am done cooking and eating breakfast. To avoid waking anyone up I tiptoe back upstairs, and right before I close my door, my parent's bedroom door opens.
"Good morning Kyrah, you're up early," dad says while yawning and stretching his arms.

The look on my mom's face when I arrived home yesterday in wet clothes was priceless. At first she was shocked that maybe Sabrina had done something to me but then smiled when her eyes landed on Scott who was wet as well and she just laughed at us.Yesterday was quite a lovely day at the beach with Scott. We have our meals in silence, table manners ofcourse and after that, Blake pours in some wine for both of us."It tastes so good, doesn't it?"
