Elias’s POV

I sighed heavily as I walked to school. The memory of Adrian driving his cock into me and pounding me silly was still in my head.

I was so embarrassed I had kicked him out this morning. My whole body still ached from the sex.

I could not deny I had enjoyed it. Oh God have I turned gay? How could I enjoy getting fucked by another man?

My thoughts were broken by Marcus, my friend and fellow racer.

“Hi Elias. Ready for the game today?”

“Hi Marcus.”

And then I remembered I had another race today. I had almost forgot!

“Of course I’m prepared.”

“Yeah do well this time. You just might have a chance of beating Adrian this time.”

Adrian. That bastard. I wonder if he had come yesterday to deliberately distract me. Shit. It’s working.

———

The race was finally here.

The afternoon sun sat high over the university track as the final call for the 800-meter race rang out across the stadium. I rolled my shoulders and stepped into my assigned lane, trying to ignore the familiar presence two lanes over. Adrian stood loose and ready, bouncing once on his toes before settling into position. Around us the rest of the field lined up, but the only person I cared about beating was him.

The starter raised the gun. I dropped into my stance, heart already climbing.

The shot cracked. I drove forward hard, settling into rhythm by the first curve. My legs felt strong, breathing controlled. Adrian stayed close on my right the entire first lap, matching me stride for stride. I pushed the pace on the second lap, trying to open daylight, and for a few seconds I thought I had done it. The final straight opened in front of me and the noise from the stands rose. I was ahead. I could taste the win.

Then Adrian found another gear. He pulled even, then half a stride in front in the last twenty meters. He hit the line first. I crossed right behind him, lungs burning, legs heavy.

I slowed to a stop and braced my hands on my knees while the announcer called the results. Adrian’s name came first. The frustration hit harder than the fatigue. I straightened and walked straight toward him.

He was already accepting a few claps on the back from teammates, that same easy expression on his face. When he noticed me the corner of his mouth lifted.

“Good race, Elias. You almost had me.”

“Fuck you,” I said.

His eyebrows rose. “Someone’s in a mood.”

I shoved him in the chest with both hands. He barely shifted, which only made the anger hotter. “You think this is funny?”

“A little.” He stepped closer instead of giving ground. “You’re cute when you lose.”

I swung at him. He caught my wrist, turned, and suddenly we were chest to chest against the fence at the edge of the track. His body pressed fully against mine, one thigh sliding between my legs as he held me there. The contact sent an immediate reminder through me. My ass was still sore from the night before, a dull ache that flared the moment his hip settled against me. Heat rushed up my neck and into my face so fast I knew the blush was obvious.

Adrian’s voice dropped low. “Still hurting?”

“Shut up.”

“You’re blushing.” His breath touched my ear. “Remembering how you sounded when I was inside you?”

I tried to push him off but the fence left me no room. Every small movement made the soreness pulse and dragged the memory of last night back into sharp focus, the way he had taken me against the wall, the way I had moved with him even while calling it a mistake. My pulse hammered against his chest.

“Get off me.”

“Make me.”

I drove a knee up. He blocked it and the shift pressed us tighter together. For a second the rest of the track faded. All I could feel was the solid heat of him and the fact that my body was reacting even through the anger.

Hands grabbed us from both sides. Teammates pulled hard, forcing space between us. Adrian’s grip stayed in the front of my shirt longer than it needed to. When they finally dragged him back his hand slipped and yanked my collar down.

Cool air hit the side of my neck.

Several pairs of eyes landed on the dark mark he had left there the night before.

My stomach dropped.

I slapped my hand over the hickey immediately, face burning hotter than it had during the race. The small group around us went quiet for a moment.

Marcus stepped a little closer, glancing at my neck. “What is that?”

I kept my palm pressed over the bruise and tried to keep my voice even. “Nothing. I walked into something.”

He looked at me a second longer, then gave a small nod like he was willing to let it go for now. “Alright.”

I yanked the collar back into place and crossed my arms, still feeling the shape of Adrian’s mouth on my skin. One of the coaches called for everyone to clear the track and start cool-down. People began to move, but a few glances lingered.

Marcus fell into step beside me as I headed toward the infield. He kept his voice light. “You and Adrian were going at it pretty hard.”

“Drop it.”

“Just saying.”

I picked up my pace, putting space between myself and anyone else who might look too closely. My neck throbbed under the fabric. The soreness lower down reminded me with every step that last night had not stayed private. Adrian had beaten me on the track and left visible proof on my body, and now at least a few people had seen it.

I did not look back, but I could still feel his eyes on me as I walked toward the locker room.

Elias’s POVAdrian would not wake up.I shook his shoulder harder than I should have. “Adrian. Hey. Open your eyes.”Nothing.“Adrian, come on. Look at me.” My voice cracked. I pressed two fingers to his neck and felt a pulse, but his head stayed limp against the pavement. “Don’t do this. Wake up.”My hands shook so badly I almost dropped the phone. I dialed and spoke the second the operator answered.“I need an ambulance. Someone’s unconscious. A car nearly hit us. He’s not responding.”“Sir, can you confirm the location?”I gave the street name twice, speaking too fast. “Please hurry. He’s bleeding a little from the head. He’s breathing but he won’t wake up. I can’t get him to open his eyes.”“Stay on the line. Help is on the way. Is the area safe?”“Yes. Just get someone here.”I kept one hand on Adrian’s chest. “Adrian, can you hear me? Squeeze my hand or something. Anything. Come on.”Still nothing. The wait felt endless. Every second without a response made the fear climb higher

  • I Hate How Much I Want You   Accident

Adrian’s POVThe broken bottle came at my face fast. I jerked sideways and felt the glass cut through the air where my head had been a second earlier. Elias was already pushing himself off the wall, shoulder checking the man hard enough to knock him off balance. The bottle swung again, wild and drunk. I grabbed the man’s wrist, twisted, and drove my knee into his stomach. The glass clattered to the pavement.“You piece of shit,” the man wheezed, swinging at me with his free hand.I blocked it and shoved him back. Elias moved in from the side and landed a solid punch to the man’s jaw. The guy staggered, spit blood, and still tried to come forward like he could not feel pain.“Stay down,” Elias said, voice sharp. The man lunged at him instead. I caught the back of his jacket and yanked him away before he could tackle Elias to the ground. We both hit the side of a parked car hard. The impact rattled my teeth. He clawed at my face. I drove an elbow into his ribs twice until his grip loose

  • I Hate How Much I Want You   Savior

Adrian’s POVClaire was still watching me when I locked the phone. Her smile stayed polite but her eyes had sharpened.“Well?” she asked. “Who keeps pulling your attention away from the room?”“No one important,” I said.“It looked important. You were smiling at the screen.”“I smile at a lot of things.”She stepped closer and lowered her voice. “Your father is watching us. He’ll expect you to spend the rest of the evening with me. You know that, right?”I glanced past her. My father stood near the far windows with Claire’s father, both of them looking in our direction. The disapproval on my father’s face was clear even from across the room. He wanted a performance. He wanted me focused on Claire and nothing else.Claire touched my arm. “Come on. One more conversation with them and then we can find somewhere quieter. You’ve barely spoken to me tonight.”“I’ve spoken enough.”“You’re in a strange mood.” She kept her hand on my arm. “Is something going on? You’ve been distracted since y

  • I Hate How Much I Want You   Annoying Customer

Elias’s POVI locked my phone and set it face down on the lab bench, but the screen still felt like it was burning against the wood. The last message from Adrian sat there unanswered. You’re ridiculous. I had typed it without thinking, and now I could not stop replaying the entire conversation. The way he had said he would rather talk to me than anyone at that party. The easy offer to lend me a suit. The quiet push when he wrote You answered me though.I dragged a hand down my face and tried to focus on the sample readings in front of me. The numbers blurred. My mind kept sliding sideways, back to the storage room, back to the living room wall, back to the fence after the race when his body had pressed against mine and the soreness had reminded me exactly what we had done. I shifted on the stool and felt the dull ache again. It should have made me angry. Instead it made my stomach pull tight.I thought about the way Adrian had looked at me after the last race, that satisfied expressio

  • I Hate How Much I Want You   Hot and Wet

Adrian’s POV I had Elias’s cock in my mouth and the broken sound he made when I took him deeper was better than any victory I had ever claimed on the track. He was already leaking across my tongue, hips twitching despite the way his fingers stayed locked in my hair like he still wanted to push me away. I hollowed my cheeks and dragged my tongue along the underside, tasting the sharp salt of him while my free hand worked between his legs, two fingers sliding slick and easy into the tight heat that clenched around me the second I pressed inside. “Fuck…Adrian, wait….” Elias’s voice cracked on my name. “We shouldn’t—this is still a mistake….” I pulled off just long enough to speak against the wet head of his cock. “Then stop moaning like that.” “I’m not….”The protest died when I curled my fingers and found the spot that made his knees buckle. A sharp, helpless moan spilled out of him. “Shit… don’t…” “You don’t want me to stop,” I said, wrapping my hand around him and stroking in

  • I Hate How Much I Want You   The Party

Adrian’s POVThe house felt too large and too quiet when I walked through the front doors after practice. Marble floors stretched under my feet and the usual staff moved around with practiced silence, collecting jackets and disappearing down side hallways before any conversation could start. I headed straight for the staircase, hoping to reach my room without interruption, but my father’s voice carried out from the study.“Adrian, come in here for a minute.”I changed direction and stepped into the room. He sat behind the wide oak desk with a folder open in front of him, glasses low on his nose. My mother occupied the chair near the window, spine straight, expression carefully neutral the way it always was when these conversations started. The air carried the faint scent of his cologne and old paper.“You placed first again today,” he said, glancing up. “That’s fine. I’m not going to pretend it doesn’t look good on paper. But we both know racing is still just a hobby. It isn’t a futur
