PROLOGUE

I returned home from an hectic journey, only to find out that I had been betrothed to someone I didn't know. I was furious and was ready to give a no at that time but I didn't still. 

I'm Sophia Grace Devale, who was in that time, very rude, abusive and bossy. 

"You still are." I heard my husband's voice from the inside and frowned.

"What happens to the 'darling you have changed' part?" I yelled back. I once was rude and bossy, I'm not now. 

Well I was in the parlour with Alex, playing cards with him as usual although feeling a lot of discomfort at the level of my abdomen because I am heavily pregnant with twins. 

I finally got married to the man in question and please don't ask me questions. "How did it happen, mom?" My son asked me and I turned to him. "Alex let's finish what we started." I told him. 

Soon Tony came out of the kitchen, holding a tray in his hands. I was busy laughing at him as I discovered that he had wrapped his face and covered all the parts of his body with a thick blanket. 

"You look like you were freezing of cold." I mocked. He ignored me and sat down bedside me, taking off everything from his body and murmuring to himself. 

"I don't want to ever enter the kitchen. Never again!!" He cried and I laughed. 

My laughs were interrupted by the horns of a vehicle. "Let me go and check." I said trying to stand up when he pushed me back to the chair. "Where do you think you are going to?" He asked me with a joking face but full of care. 

"But t_"

"You are heavy and you want to stand up from this chair. I will not let it happen, never." He said and walked out of the house leaving me to my blush and smiles. 

In five years of marriage, I've never experienced what many do experience as hardships and fights. We argued at times but we always solved our problems. He always got the issues fixed even when he never started the fight. 

He came back inside the house with his parents, my dad and stepmother, Cindy, Cynthia, Henry. God! The whole family was here in my house. What a surprise!!

"You have a terrible habit of standing on one spot when you see some guests." Stepmother yet my mom remarked. 

"Mom, I'm actually seated and you don't want Tony to finish you, do you?" I asked and she shook her head. She rushed to sit beside me but Cindy and Tony beat her to it. 

"So not fair." She grumbled like a kid and went to sit beside dad who just chuckled.

Cynthia as usual, sat her on a lone chair which was soon filled with the triplets, Tony's little ones. 

"So now that we are all here, why don't we start with some food." Tony suggested. 

"My mom was about telling me a story before you all came in." Alex chirped in and I scolded him for talking in the midst of his elders. 

"Don't scold my son again." Cynthia warned and we all laughed. She loves Alex more than her own life. She's the perfect aunt for him. 

"Yea. It's good we talk about the story. Starting from when you returned because that was where it all started." Cindy explained and everyone in the house nodded in agreement. 

"Ok! We will talk about how it all happened after I returned from India. But I will really love to give it a title. Who knows, we might document it someday." I told them. 

"You are right. So how will you tittle this story of yours?" 

"I thought about it and decided to name it 'I'M THE BOSS' because everything that happened had several instances of leadership and bossy behaviours. Mom and dad you might be thrilled by some discoveries but please do not freak out because everything happens for a reason." I told them and they nodded, all bracing up to listen to the story. 

"Hope you guys are ready?"
