ICE'S POV:

My eyebrows furrowed, did I hear it right? Wait, who is crying anyway? My eyes slightly widened because of a realization, am I crying? I immediately touched my cheeks and felt the wetness of them. Shit! I rubbed them and thought about why I am affected by those fragments while ignoring Jaycel's question.

“Ice, what’s the problem with you?” Xercel asked in a serious tone.

I looked at her and noticed that they were all looking at me worriedly except that the other guys were having these confused and serious expressions on their faces. When I say guys, I am referring to Iciest, Grayson, Tray, and Calvin.

I don’t know how but these guys were already part of the canteen squad whenever it was already recess, not just that, sometimes even lunch. Their reason? Obviously, it’s because Iciest wants to share a table with me. So, ironic!
