XERCEL'S POV:
When the bell rang, we were quite surprised when our professor suddenly left without even saying goodbye to his students. He was running like his life depended on it.
I chuckled, maybe we really scared the shit out of him. I looked around and saw that our classmates were already going out while the four of us were still there. I looked at them and saw that they were still silent. I looked in front of me, only to see that our Empress was still sleeping and it was quite obvious that she didn't have any plan to wake up.
I shook my head helplessly. This is the biggest taboo in the Empire, no one likes to wake her up because no one can guarantee their lives if that happens. Suddenly the man sitting on her side stood up and we all turned our attention to him as he walked and stopped in front of the door.
