I took Mia to the gym and motioned around us.

"Rage out",she sniffles and stares at me.

"Mitch",she says in a whimper.

"Your mad, hurting, not understanding this and wanting answers. Answers you won't get so do the next best thing rage out in here on gym equipment ",tears flood her eyes and her shoulders sag.

"Mitch",she sobs.

"Mia look at me, she does and the heartache makes me step closer, I want you to beat the bags and scream your pain out. Scream how much you hurt and how angry you are. Trust me raging out on bags in this gym are better than being alone and crying ",she sniffles and hits the bag it barely moves.
