LESLIE'S POV

I blinked my eyes open to meet whitewashed ceilings, my head hurting terribly. My face felt wet, alongside my body. Somebody must have splashed water on me. I looked around to realize that I was in the toilet. It was a familiar toilet I had run into several times when things were difficult for me at work, which meant…I was still in Webster Group.

I leaped off the floor where I was sitting, my ankle screaming at the movement. My elbow hurt and I noticed a scratch when I checked it.
