CHAPTER 10

Liam’s POV.

I stared at the girl before me with anger coursing through my veins.

Not that I was angry with her, nor Freda, but I was angry at myself because I was a coward!

How could I just forget who I was and the memories I must have shared with those who I called family or friends.

The fact that Freda’s friend was a talkative made me not to like her, coupled with reasons unknown to me.

I just didn’t know why my instinct failed to trust her or believe that she was real.

But I felt I was wrong to suddenly hate someone with no just cause.

At least, I know that it wasn’t my fault that I developed amnesia, but I couldn’t help but

“Because I mean if you try, you can at least remember something,” She said again and I sighed.

Wasn’t she supposed to know when to shut up, even after refusing to reply her.

I opened my mouth but Freda beat me to it.

“Ruby, please watch your tongue,” Freda said as I stared at her surprisingly.
