Oh my goodness! Did I just get caught sneaking around?!

I’d have disappeared if I had the power to because just thinking of the man behind him…

His low growl sounded again, jolting me out of my dismay, I finally managed to turn around but with my head bowed low.

I let out a soft chuckle, “Ahh! This—I—“

My body straightened uncontrollably, my head immediately followed his orders, raising up and finally, my eyes met those dark, cold eyes of his, ones I would forever remember.

The second my eyes met those eyes of his, my mind entered into a daze, my body stiffened unconsciously and my head went blank.

My mind began to conjoin scenes in my head.

My self replaced the lady I had seen on the bed, my legs tied up separately, my wrist tied tightly, my lips parted and had something stuffed in it, and him..?

In his hand is a whip raised high and when they hit my body, my choked mouth let out whimpers, my body wiggling and my eyes pleading for more.

I could feel no pain, all I could feel was delightment, desire, extreme ecstasy, and all I could see was him, the man I craved for, the man I can’t give up on, the man who I’m ready to give it all for.

With my chest still heaving after scolding myself, I raised my head to look at the man whose presence can never be ignored, and there he stood like a god.

His hair which had grown a little longer was packed to the back and little was pressing on his face which had sweats. I folded my fist so as to stop myself from moving that hair away from his Greek face.

My eye couldn’t help roaming down his heavenly-built body and… fuck! So powerful!

“Are you done? When you’re done, scram from here immediately!”

His voice sounded, snapping me out again and that made me remember my main concern.

My lips parted, calling out loud and urgent, “Marcus!”

My throat rolled when those eyes settled on me impatiently as if waiting for me to go ahead with my questions so he could continue whatever he was doing and at the thought of what he was doing, venom flashed past my eyes.

After taking a deep breath, I continued, “My father… Where-Where is he? Did you stop him from going? Do you know what’s happening or where he is going?!” I find myself asking so many questions when it comes to my father.

Finally, Marcus’s eyes settled on me, he continued to look at me for a while, and only when I was almost collapsing from the pressure did he take his eyes away. His eyes moved to the inside of the room and he let out a sigh before turning around rapidly then walking out and at the same time throwing an order,

“Follow me!”

“You’ll stay here till your father comes back. Do you have any objections?”

Alpha Marcus looked at me, his eyes were indifferent as he spoke, “Yes, your father is in a bit of trouble and he asked for you to live here to keep you safe. Your father created something very attractive and is in hot demand by some Alphas,” He suddenly paused, his eyes closing and his hand on the handle of the chair he was sitting on tightened on it, making me confused.

I moved towards him in worry as he was acting strange but the moment I walked closer to him, his eyes snapped open and his dark eyes were glaring at me, stopping me from coming closer.

I watched as his adam's apple rolled, but then he continued his explanation which finally caught my attention.

“Don’t ask what he created, I won’t tell you. But, your father is fine as long as you’re okay. And..”

My eyes blurred at the thought that my father might be in danger.

Now I know… I know why he had called me back home immediately, why he had asked me to prepare just two days after returning to the country after three years of studying abroad, now I know why he wasn’t at rest while driving here.
