Iris didn’t know what to feel, aside from the spiteful sight of Claire and Max praising each other and commenting how commendable their teamwork was, Iris remained tedious in front of them. But as her feet dragged her towards her car, and her mind already on the place she was going, she could finally feel some sort of uneasiness. William ordered Claire to be killed, that was the certain part. But the reason why and how much does he knows already, they were the things that Iris need to know.
A ring from her cellphone came as soon as she stepped inside the car. The ominous atmosphere circled around when she saw William’s name popped on the screen. Exhaling sharply, she opened the text message.
